Job Descriptions:
- Perform admin duties and assist on overall department tasks.
- In charge of Admin works such as receiving deposit money, issuing Receipt / bank-in / and prepare and submit weekly and monthly bank in report (Main income & Additional income to related department.
- Checking Sales Purchasing Agreements and processing to get approval from related department.
- Pro-actively provide suggestions to make improvement to process and procedures of Handover task.
- Manage and control house transfer report.
- Coordinate and communicate with site and architect departments to ensure all work flows are being processed smoothly.
- Join frequently meeting in order to report and discuss work progress
- To perform other duties assigned by Sales Manager / Deputy Sale Manager.
Job Specifications:
- High school degree or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Having creative and innovative idea and challenging with new works
- Be able to work under pressure in any situations
- Excellent customer care and focus; ability to access customer's needs and provide proper answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
