Job Describetions:
- Receive requests from departments/employees.
- Coordinate with supervisors and managers regarding administrative matters
- Prepare and process payment requests.
- Follow up on invoices and supporting documents.
- Handle reimbursement claims, overtime (OT) payments, and other administrative payment requests.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure payments are completed on time.
- Support daily administrative operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties.
- Ensure administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Assist with HR administrative tasks.
- Prepare employee-related documents.
- Maintain employee records and HR files.
- Support recruitment and other HR activities when required.
- Record and monitor monthly expenses.
- Prepare expense reports and ensure accuracy.
- Review, verify, and prepare documents.
- Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and properly submitted
- Organize, file, and maintain documents.
- Ensure records are stored properly and can be easily retrieved
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor, manager, or Senior Admin Officer
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); strong Excel skills are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn
