Job Descriptions:
- Support the leasing team when customers have any inquiries related to Office Space and SOHO.
- Provide secretarial assistance to the Leasing & Marketing Department by producing contracts, inserting information on leasing into the system, and general administration for the leasing department.
- Working closely with internal departments on contract and request processing.
- Produce/amend standard request forms for use in the office to assist the leasing team. Ensure that all documentation in the office and copies are up to date. Keep a stock of the Leasing & Marketing office's equipment, order materials, and stationery for internal use.
- Check and deliver completed lease agreements or necessary documents to the tenant, produce and maintain plot files, and distribute copies to other related departments.
- At all times comply with company policies, procedures, and instructions, and coordinate or prepare the leasing and marketing department Roster and Leave Application.
- Support on Leasing Market Survey and assist in any event that is organized by the leasing and marketing team.
- Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the reputation of the company by putting forward new ideas and by implementing change when requested to do so.
- Prepare the leasing Monthly Occupancy report and others task was assigned by the manager.
Job Specifications:
- Graduated BBA
- Experienced with admin work or leasing and marketing, especially in the real estate sector.
- Be able to use a computer, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint (if you can use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator would be more preferred)
- Be able to communicate in both English and Chinese
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be able to work independently
