Responsibilities
- Mobile App Development: Develop, test, and deploy functional and visually appealing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and designs into high-quality, responsive code, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- API Integration: Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, cloud services, and third-party libraries. Collaborate with backend teams to define data structures..
- Code Quality & Debugging: Write clean, maintainable code, conduct unit tests, troubleshoot complex bugs, and optimize application performance across iOS and Android devices.
- Mentorship & Agile Participation: Provide technical guidance to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning).
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Flutter updates, state management techniques, and industry trends to propose technical improvements..
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years of dedicated experience using Flutter and Dart.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Flutter state management (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Riverpod), RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and mobile UI/UX principles. Familiarity with Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) is an advantage.
- Tools & Methodology: Experience with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication skills in both Khmer and English. Ability to work independently and as a strong team player.
