Role Description
- Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations with team (Operation Coordinator, Technical, Machinery, Production, Site Inspector, Warehouse and Ext…).
- Assist the line manager to recruit, training, enumerating, and retaining a competent sales team with Sales Manager.
- Provide reports to Sales Manager like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports and planning reports (Actual Volume Concrete, Estimate Volume Concrete, Sales Forecasting Volume, Survey Volume Concrete/per week and per month).
- Assist the line managers to ensure adequate clients communication, maintain contacts with clients and provide feedback.
- Monitor and manage concrete sales volume and cash with the sales team to ensure high efficiency according to company policies.
- Managing projects and overseeing the implementation of everyday tasks, such as the organization and assessment of marketing campaigns, clarifying concerns with customers, and looking for upsell opportunities.
- Recognizing growing markets and market changes to stay on top of the competition of concrete supply.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active clients.
- Controlling company marketing expenses to ensure the marketing expenditure is kept within budget.
- Participating in recruiting marketing team members, setting marketing and sales strategic goals, training and supervision of marketing and sales representatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course with emphasis on marketing.
- Proven work experience in marketing and achieving set targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, and put in place measures to retain a great team.
- Excellent selling skills, ability to close deals, and deal with post-purchase anxiety.
- Excellent selling skills, people-oriented, and ability to motivate a team.
- Ability to identify potential areas of growth and identify new business partnership opportunities (internal and external of sale of concrete).
- Strong organization skills and multi-tasking skills.
