Responsibility

To ascertain that all disbursements and claims are supported by all necessary documents, processed, and certified for receipt of merchandise or services in quality, quantity, and price.
To check the daily General Cashier report, ensuring that the cash receipts are deposited in
time on the next succeeding working day.
To be responsible for all inter-company accounts.
To maintain and record all general ledger accounts.
To ensure that all sub-ledgers agree with the general ledger.
To check and verify all monthly journals prepared by the various sections.
To prepare monthly journal entries as assigned.
To post all monthly approved journal entries that is not posted.
To prepare all monthly schedules and analyses for all accounts.
To review bank reconciliation statements for all banks.
Assist the FC/AFC in all stages leading to the preparation of all monthly financial reports and analysis.
Assist in the preparation of Returns and special statistical reports as assigned by the FC/AFC.
All journals and related financial reports are properly filed for future reference.
Assist in implementing and streamlining the internal control procedures covering all activities of the hotel.

Requirment

Strong expertise in financial accounting, general ledger management, and financial statement preparation.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decisions.
Solid knowledge of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and internal control frameworks.
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities, including mentoring and developing accounting staff.
Effective communication skills in English; Khmer language skills are an asset.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are preferred.
Several years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or related industries.
