Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise, train, and mentor the Business Analyst team. Assign projects, monitor performance, and ensure best practices in requirement gathering and analysis are followed.
- Requirements Engineering: Oversee the end-to-end process of gathering, documenting, and validating complex business and functional requirements from various stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current business workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies. Propose and document optimized 'to-be' processes aligned with digital transformation strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary bridge between business units and IT/Development teams. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
- Project Support & UAT: Collaborate with project managers to support project planning and execution. Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Assist the Head of Digital Transformation in evaluating new tools, technologies, and strategies to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role within IT or digital transformation projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Khmer and English. Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
