Job Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all TCP cultural events end-to-end — Khmer Food Festival, Water Festival celebrations, school visit programs, themed monthly markets, and MICE/private events.
- Develop detailed event plans for each activation: run-of-show, budget, vendor contracts, staffing plan, marketing brief, and contingency procedures.
- Coordinate all event vendors and performers — traditional dance troupes, food vendors, sound/lighting suppliers, transport operators, and artisan demonstrators.
- Manage all event logistics on-the-day — staff deployment, vendor setup, crowd management coordination with Security, and real-time problem solving.
- Liaise with the Digital Marketing Executive and Content Creator to ensure each event is fully covered on social media — pre-event hype, live coverage, and post-event highlights
- Build relationships with schools, NGOs, embassies, corporate clients, and tour operators to generate institutional event bookings and school visit packages
- Submit post-event performance reports and maintain the TCP Event Calendar — planning the next 3 months of programming at all times, and other tasks assigned from direct manager.
Job Specifications:

- Minimum 2–4 years of event planning and execution experience — cultural events, festivals, or MICE preferred.
- Demonstrable experience managing events from planning through to post-event reporting.
- Deep knowledge of Cambodian cultural traditions, festivals, and performing arts.
- Understanding of event safety requirements, crowd management, and vendor management.
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills — able to manage 10+ vendors simultaneously.
- Strong communication in Khmer and English; able to brief traditional performers and international corporate clients equally.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
- Calm under event-day pressure; decisive in real-time problem solving.
- Highly detail-oriented — zero tolerance for event logistics failures.
- Genuinely enthusiastic about Cambodian cultural programming and heritage events
