Job Responsibilities
1. Review Method Statements to ensure proper construction execution.
2. Participate in technical meetings to resolve various issues and ensure smooth construction progress at the site.
3. Inspect technical works related to reinforcement steel and formwork before concrete pouring.
4. Coordinate materials, equipment, and machinery, and lead internal meetings to ensure construction progress is completed on schedule.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly work plans.
6. Monitor overtime work and coordinate with workers, foremen, assistant engineers, and engineers.
7. Review Shop Drawings for cutting and bending works and resolve various technical issues.
Monitor the work scope and BOQ to control project costs.
Review material specifications for proper use.
8. Monitor site safety works.
9. Review weekly and monthly reports.
10. Calculate structural components (RC, PT & Steel) and review drawings.
11. Prepare the Master Schedule for all projects and weekly slides for presentations.
12. Resolve various technical issues and respond to official documents from/to the Inspector.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with an engineering professional certificate and/or relevant project/design certification.
2. At least 4 years of experience in the construction field, including 3–4 years of experience in structural calculation/design.
3. Experience in technical work.
4. Ability to work under pressure and work effectively with employees at all levels.
5. Ability to solve various problems and technical issues arising during construction work.
6. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, drawing/design software, and structural calculation software, such as Revit.
7. Good English communication skills.
