Job Descriptions:
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives set by the company.
- Prepare sales agreement and payment schedule to customer thumbprint.
- Submitted all documents to loan department.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing, Finance sales activities.
- Follow up Payment with customer.
- Prepare handover letter and check list to admin team.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Plan and produce short video for social media platforms such as TikTok to promote about the project.
- Update and handover timeline to maintain a strong relationship.
- Survey other project and prepare a report
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of sales experience (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel
- Flexible, honest, time management and team work
