Job Responsibilities

Design architectural concepts, plans, and layouts for projects.
Prepare architectural drawings and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Review and revise architectural drawings (Drawings) to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve design issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare design documents, technical reports, and other related documentation required for project implementation.
Research and recommend suitable construction materials, design solutions, and new technologies for projects.
Ensure all architectural work complies with applicable building regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or management.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
Good knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methods.
Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar applications.
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
