Job Descriptions:

Actively engage in customer development work according to the overall investment promotion plan of the park, achieving investment targets.

Responsible for contacting, meeting, and visiting potential clients, ensuring effective collection and follow-up of project information.

Introduce the overall planning of the park, its advantageous resources, industrial support, and policy assistance to clients.

Continuously monitor industry trends and target customer groups, gathering market information and data on competing parks.

Assist in formulating investment promotion strategies and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and related activities.

Support clients in project inspections, site selection, and related matters for project implementation.

Participate in negotiations for leasing, land acquisition, and other contracts, and follow up on signing, move-in processes, and subsequent services.

Coordinate with relevant departments to assist in resolving issues that clients may encounter during the move-in process.
Job Specifications:
- BA degree in Sales & Marketing, Business administration or other related fields.
- At Least 2 Years experiences in marketing or Leaing
- Good Verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good in Chinese and English language both speaking and writing.
- Good with Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
