Job Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate monthly reports for the Property Manager.
- Take notes and prepare meeting minutes, agendas, and compile documents after meetings.
- Assist the Maintenance Department and prepare budget requests for submission to Head Office for approval.
- Assist the Maintenance Department with monthly reports.
- Update monthly maintenance plans and provide them to the Maintenance Team.
- Prepare the monthly HOD roster and check for any missing scans.
- Review all documents and ensure supporting documents are included before submitting to the PM for signature.
- Scan and copy debit notes and approved budgets related to maintenance work before submitting them to the Accounting Department for payment processing.
- Follow up on outstanding building operation tasks assigned by the Property Manager.
- Handle urgent tasks assigned by the Property Manager.
