Responsibility
- Assist guests through all stages of the zipline experience.
- Conduct safety briefings and inspect gear before each tour.
- Operate and supervise zipline platforms and equipment.
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all guests.
- Provide a fun, informative, and memorable experience.
- Report and respond to any incidents or emergencies
- Work closely with fellow rangers and team leaders
Requirements
- Good English communication skills (essential for guest interaction)
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to safety.
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality.
- Previous experience in outdoor recreation or adventure tourism is a bonus, but need required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (morning or afternoon).
