Tourism City, the project financed by Canadia Bank, is located at east of Siem Reap which officially launched in December 2017.

Chroy Changvar Bay is a large-scale urban development designed to support Phnom Penh’s expansion through integrated planning, enhanced accessibility, and a balanced mix of living, business, and public spaces.

Kien Svay Plaza is located in Kandal Province, along National Road No. 1, with a distance of 14km from Monivong Bridge.
Olympia City
The Olympia City is located in the heart of Phnom Penh. The development area is approximately 6.8 hectares, comprising of the Olympia Mall, Office Buildings, Residential Condominiums, Medical Center, Clubhouse, and other facilities.
Borey New Hope
Borey New Hope, financed by Canadia Bank, started its construction on an area of 40 hectares in 2017, which consists of shop houses, flat houses, and row houses.
Norea City
Norea City is a large-scale city development by OCIC, with a budget of more than $2.5 billion. Norea City is located within the heart of Phnom Penh, developed on 125 hectares of land designed to expand Phnom Penh through balanced urban planning, improved accessibility, and mixed-use environments.
