Job Descriptions:
A- Human Resources Management A- Human Resources Management
- Manage training and ensure that all employees are familiar with the company's policies and procedures and business operations by reviewing regular presentations.
- Manage employee movement such as transferring, resignation, termination, or laying off, etc.,
- Manage the employee management system and related personnel management procedures such as staff documents, HR forms, and employee leave records, and personal records of employees to ensure that the system and procedures are effectively managed.
- Manage requests related to HR & Admin affairs to Management Committees.
- Manage monthly employee overtime (OT) to Admin Mega, accounting department and payroll.
- Manages performance appraisal/KPI process and provides comments to managers and staff on performance appraisal results.
- Manage disciplinary procedures to ensure that all disciplinary actions are carried out correctly and by procedures. Addressing their concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and strengthen harmonious relationships and strengthen communication and understanding among employees of various departments in the company through the organization of sports and social activities for employees.
- Prepare employee termination notices and related documentation and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind terminations and ensure the positive transition for departing employees.
- Takes a lead in employee training and development program to ensure that employees have enough capacities to deliver their objective plans and have opportunities to grow and advance their careers.
- Work with MAM training & development department to set annual tanning plan to relevant staff to improved their skill, knowledge and ability to effective job implementation.
- Conduction internal training such as policy refreshment, health and safety, KPI Training, and support for other relevant technical training courses by internal or external trainers.
- Work with other external training sources/partners that support staff capacity development.
- Manage other related HR tasks as assigned by Manager.
B- Administration
- Manage the acquisition and exchange of fixed assets in the company and its subsidiaries. Manage the counting of fixed assets regularly at appropriate times and guide the management.
- Manage relationships with the finance department and relevant departments to manage and protect the company's fixed assets most effectively.
- Manage repair & and maintenance offices and facilities that need to be upgraded or new construction.
- Office correspondence such as letters, requests, memos, and authorization in a professional manner.
- Oversees the administration function, admin support is provided to staff such as the preparation and coordination of office activities, i.e. team meetings, team building, staff retreat, etc.
- Manage fixed assets transferred/written off following the company policy.
- Oversee petty cash management and make sure it complies with petty cash policy.
- Managing cost savings such as utility, stationery, office supplies, overtime, and other expenses.
- Manage information systems such as IT, GPS camera security, and security of all CCC Projects
- Coordinate with internal projects for internal work required by the Batching Plant
- Work with other government departments for license renewal and other compliances.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
C- Work with internal and external departments
- Manage work with government officials such as the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training of other relevant ministries to comply with regulations or requirements.
- Manage work with the Ministry of Mine & Energy and the Ministry of Environment for license renewal and other compliances. Manage work with other government agencies such as police departments,
- Work with other government departments such as Immigration, Environment, Fire-team, etc.,
- Other Tasks Assigned by the Manager or Managing Director.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR Management or Business Administration, Law, or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field with a minimum in the same position.
- At least 2 years of work experience being involved at the management level.
- Excellent organizational skills; flexible and able to multi-task, with demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities. Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and ability to handle highly visible responsibilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively present and execute innovative ideas.
- Ability to take initiative, act independently, and be competent in problem-solving, conflict management, and leadership.
- Guided by exceptional common sense, maturity, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrate ability to influence people, which includes, but is not limited to, stakeholders, tenants, and employees.
- Good knowledge of computer skills, Ms. Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, etc.
- Strong interpersonal, and communication skills in Khmer and English (Chinese is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good ethic, honest with morality.
