Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management
-
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.

Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, interview and onboarding new employees.

Prepare & process to ensure that Payroll accurately and timely.
-
Worker management which includes hiring, processing weekly worker wage, managing accommodation and other related tasks.

Staff performance management for all department and projects under MCCC.
-
Ensure the process staff transfer, PIP, promote, demote, Probation are accuracy and timely.

Study and process staff Mission & Allowance and another request.
-
Internal Policy Management: reinforce all existing policy and update internal policy according to top management guidance and compliance.

Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

Compliance: manage all related compliance tasks with Ministry of Labor and Vocation Training such as NSSF, employee workbook, work permit for expat and other related tasks.
2. Administration Management:

Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure organizational efficiency.

Manage office facilities, supplies, fixed asset and equipment procurement.

Develop and maintain administrative policies and procedures.
Requirements
-
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in human resources and administration roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
-
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflict effectively.
-
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
